Latest Audition News!

We're in Bristol at the moment for the 3rd round of callbacks for Skins Series 3 and it is the first time that the London, Bristol and Party auditionees have met.

The big news is that from this group of 50 that we will pick our main cast.

Don't worry too much if you still want to be in it: we will have more opportunities later in the year to audition through the site and get in the show...

We know you want to see how we go about casting the show, so in the very near future we will be posting a load of videos on the site that take you from open auditions to party auditions; from call backs to workshops; from individual auditions to groups. Everything, really.

Anyway - better get back to it!

hai hai .... you probably have this all the time but ... when (if ever) are the cardiff auditions? im a bit confuzzled as i wasn't able to get to the party (only 16) grrrrr would love to audition!! ok this is a random pic - but hey it looks good (y)

Why were there no auditions in Scotland? It's a bit unfair on the people who don't live in London. I'd just like to know if you are still considering others for the show, if so when will you hold more auditions. Love Alice age 16 x

Gawd! I'm afraid you should've got the message by now Meow. Open auditions done and dusted and cast more or less chosen, with news apparently to follow over the next few months for smaller parts. Sorry, but the limited venues for the open auditions still provided loads more opportunity than there would normally be for something like this and for that we should be grateful (even though Cook has gone, so it seems, to someone who's already been on the big screen in This is Britain, so I hear!).

hey Kate, It's Gemma - one of the party audition finalists ... remember me from the callbacks? Anyway ... all I know is we don't get contacted if we're unsuccessful, only those who are will be called or emailed or something. But I'm guessing they will be finalizing the main cast round about now, so who knows ... all I do know is one out of the 10 of us will be hearing something, maybe someone already has. I haven't though ... but good luck! xxx

I know open auditions are over but whats going up with the twins roles? they haven't commented about that!!! will they be later in the year??
