You can get the same scarf that Chris wears in Primark for about £5

Chris is wearing a desert scarf, you can buy them almost anywhere, you can't have been looking hard enough! haha. In Harajuku I found a shop with all sorts of designs aside from houndstooth, skulls and tapes and stars and things, but the were well pricey around 5000 yen which is 25 quid just for a scarf.
