I reckon that they started off by calling people back to tell them they were through. But because of the time the casting director just took the forms she wanted separately?

Dont over act ie dont be theatrical! Keep it soso natural and make sure its believable. And don't leave anything til later make sure you showcase yourself from your very first word. Some people did introductions to the impro, ie. chatting about something else like "ah did you go to the party last night......" and talking about that for aages so that by the time they got to the main content the director had said 'NEXT' good luck every1 xxx
