How do you get to work behind the scenes in a show like skins? i've always wanted to work in television, as a actor, or just backstage but have found it so hard to find any information on how to actually get into the television industry. any suggestions??

My question is.. do you know if/or have you been considering doing a skins christmas special, with the original gang from series 2. Like, i heard the characters on the last episode of series 2 saying to each other "we'll see each other at christmas" so i think it would be a awesome idea..could be the gang coming back from Uni for christmas and all meeting up :) good idea huh?? :D

Why is everyone being so ungrateful i mean..okay, it might be annoying that you cant audition but geshhh..im grateful that they didnt go straight to the 'real' actors and actresses. Thanks for the oppertunities Skins people!

Wow..i would love to be an extra I could easily reach bristol in short notice Is there no possibility of letting people come that live like no more than 70 miles away, or something like that?

YOUR'LL SEE ME THERE NEXT YEAR (if they have auditions that is) I dont understand why everyone is getting so worked up with the whole not being able to audition thing. I mean, if the casting went all over the UK your chances of getting a callback would have been even lower!

i dont do Drama GCSE either But I go to Drama Workshops on thurdays and saturdays..so it kinda helped =]

i think there might be a Xmas special with the current skins cast, like them all coming home from Uni for Xmas and meeting up. Would be awesome =]

i thought it started in like, Late july or Aug

Rodney, why do you think they film in June? The cast are all teens, so will still be in school then..
