heyy i'm Rachel, i'm 18 and my nearest city is Bristol. I auditioned for skins at the Bristol auditions on March 16th, i was number 41. Got through the first round to the afternoon session but didnt hear anyhting after that lol xx

hey toby I live literally 25 minutes from bristol and really wanted to audition for being an extra but decided not to just incase!! i audtioned in bristol on march 16th and got through to the scripted session where i was told that they were likely to phone me but they never have. Is there still a chance for me to be an extra or involved in some way? please comment me back!! lol thankyouxxx

haha that was wicked!! wish i could have gone 2 a party, missed out by something like 4 days!!! i blame my mum for not giving birth to me sooner!!

if they said they'd call you there is a good chance they will one day, u just may not have been a contender for one of the main cast. if you look on the website it says that they will be contacting people until november this year for minor roles and as extras. Don't worry too much about them not calling you, (they haven't called me either) just try not to think about it and then if u get the call one day it will be a very nice surprise!! hope this helps rach

I can't wait to see the new series and new characters!! i wonder if i met any of them at my audition! lol Though i know its quite unlikely i'm still hoping for that phonecall asking me 2 read for a minor role or to be an extra on the show, would be a dream! I'll probs watch the series and realise how wrong i was for all the main parts! lol I only got as far as the scripted session at the bristol auditions, but i felt so priviledged to be in front of the panel and they all made me feel at ease!! I'm just hoping their going to keep all the videos and stuff and look back on them to find extras and minor roles! Anyway i thank the skins team for holding open auditions and wish everyone luck, esp those ppl without agents and stuff! xxxx

does this mean that they are not going to call back other people now? surely if they've called back this many people (and the bristol people as well) they will have more than enough people for minor characters and extras? what does evryone else think??

lol i dunnoo they probs didnt do the scripted bit coz there must have been so many people there! lol well they made me read for a certain part, so they obv know what kinda ppl they want and stuff, but i havnt heard anything so im nt really expecting anything!lol i sang a song from anything goes, coz i had a school play audition later that week and was the only song i could think of lol hope ur good xxx

heya only just got ur comment sorry! Hope ur auditon went well! I think they only asked me to sing because i put down that i had a grade 5 in singing. I don't know of anyone else who was asked to sing! lol xxx
