Hey man; cheers for the comment. If you want my honest opinion on what will help you i strongly advise that you stop going around trying to find out every single detail about the auditions, trust me, it won't help.. The main thing that the casting crew are looking for is a natural ability to perform without being prompted or prepared; which is why, to be honest, all these people posting questions trying to find out if anyone can remember what the dialogue was in the script you're given if you make the second round aren't going to get very far because they will be over prepared and seem rigid and robotic as apposed to fluent and relaxed which is what is required. Also, the audition process for London may be different to that which I went through in Bristol considering they may be casting different characters and therefore require different things. So, to answer your question, I wasn't asked to sing, I wasn't asked to dance and I wasn't asked to prepare anything pre-audition. This may sound very cynical; but I am trying to help.. One piece of help I will give however, is get there at least an hour before you’re meant to unless you enjoy waiting around for hours on end. 1200 people at the Bristol auditions; I was number 332, I turned up half an hour after the doors opened and didn’t leave until 6 hours later and I was one of the first 20 out of about 130 people to re-audition after the first round so I imagine it was a bloody long day for some people =] Anyway; hope this helps x

lol i guess, no she hasnt, shes too lazy to put in any effort at all for anything [hence her not bothering for this]:) hmm.. maybe its not the agent whos crap actually............. wow.. she truly is spoilt! * cant help but notice that you are insanely fond of effy..... and i thought i would spread this around a bit lol because i never get to say i have the same name as someone. but. i have the same first name as the actress who plays her! [just different spelling] :)

she does have an agent [not a very good one though i have to say.....], but she's a tad bit spoilt and goes to stagecoach and they are mainly the ones who tell her about everything, then she keeps the information all to herself :) i am from a town in Sussex that ive found pretty much no one ever knows where it is or what it is (Y)! x x x x

well she didnt audition clearly :) i wasnt planning on it either but she told me to check so ive sent off an email to the people who run this site asking, also asking if theres anything we need to prepare! [oh yes i am on top of things today!] uhhhhhhhhhhhm im not sure she goes to lots of auditions :S i think it was something for bbc3, one of those new shows that the pilots have recently come out, about like teenagers commiting suicide or dieing and the event around it and stuff.....not sure which tho :) x x x x

will definitely let you know if by some freak chance i find out first :D this is a bit pointless since your 17, but im 16 therefore going to the other auditions but do you know if parents are meant to go to either one lol because one of my friends went to an open audition once and because she was under 18 and her mum/dad wasnt with her she wasnt allowed to audition??? i dont know :) x x x x x
